Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to the Sales Blackbox website, pilot experience, applications, and hosted service operated by Proof Engine Studio. If your organization signs an order form, master service agreement, data processing agreement, or pilot agreement, that document controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized to act for the organization that creates or uses a workspace. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators control membership, roles, and configuration.
Acceptable use
Do not use SBB to violate law, impersonate others, bypass access controls, probe the service without authorization, distribute malware, commit fraud, harass people, or process calls and personal data without an appropriate legal basis. Telephony country, rate, and spend controls may restrict use.
Call recording and consent
Recording, telemarketing, privacy, employment, and communications laws vary by jurisdiction. SBB provides configurable consent prompts and evidence, but the customer is responsible for selecting a lawful policy, informing participants and personnel, obtaining required permissions, and using recordings appropriately. Product information is not legal advice.
Customer content and instructions
The customer retains ownership of customer content and grants us the limited right to process it to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. The customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with content and connected systems.
AI-generated output
Summaries, scores, classifications, recommendations, and extracted signals may be incomplete or incorrect. They support, but do not replace, human review and business judgment. Customers should validate material decisions and configure QA criteria for their process.
Pilots and changes
A pilot is a focused evaluation with agreed workflow, access, success criteria, and duration. We may change pre-release or pilot functionality as we learn, provided we do not use those changes to override an executed agreement. Expansion, custom integration, or production terms are agreed separately.
Availability and third parties
The service depends on telephony, cloud, AI, transcription, storage, CRM, and other third-party systems. We work to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of dependencies outside our control. Deployment-specific support and service levels belong in the applicable order form.
Fees, suspension, and termination
Paid fees, telephony usage, taxes, renewal, credits, and cancellation are defined in the order form or plan presented at purchase. We may suspend access to protect the service, prevent fraud, address non-payment, or respond to unlawful use. Data export and deletion follow the applicable agreement and retention policy.
Confidentiality and security
Each party should protect non-public business, technical, customer, and security information received from the other and use it only for the relationship. Security controls and any additional commitments are described in the applicable agreement and security materials.
Disclaimers and liability
Except for commitments in a signed agreement, the website and evaluation materials are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss. A negotiated customer agreement may set different warranties, indemnities, and liability caps.
Contact and updates
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@proofengine.studio. We may update these website Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected with a revised effective date; executed customer agreements are changed only according to their own amendment terms.
