Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Proof Engine Studio, operating Sales Blackbox, handles personal information when you visit the website, apply for a pilot, request a report, create a workspace, or use the service. A signed order form, data processing agreement, or customer contract may add deployment-specific terms.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, pilot and report-request information, workspace membership, product configuration, support communications, device and security logs, usage events, and billing records. When a customer deploys SBB, the service also processes call metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, QA results, CRM context, tasks, and related workflow data on the customer's instructions.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, route and process calls, generate requested intelligence, connect customer systems, support users, prevent fraud, maintain audit trails, communicate about pilots or service requests, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability and product usability.
Customer data and model training
Customer data remains customer data. We do not sell it, and we do not allow third-party model providers to use it to train general models. Customer-specific learning, evaluation, or tuning is performed only when explicitly agreed with the customer and within the agreed deployment scope.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, telephony, storage, transcription, AI, email, payment, error-monitoring, and CRM providers only as needed to deliver the service. Providers receive the minimum information required for their role and are governed by contractual and technical controls. The exact subprocessors can vary by deployment and are available during a security review.
Access and sharing
Access is restricted by workspace and role. We may disclose information to authorized customer administrators, contracted service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. We do not share customer data for unrelated advertising.
Retention, export, and deletion
Retention depends on the customer's configured policy, contractual requirements, legal holds, and optional compliance storage. Export, deletion, and offboarding expectations are agreed before deployment. Some audit, billing, security, or immutable compliance records may need to remain for a defined period.
Security
SBB uses tenant isolation, role-based access, signed recording playback, access logging, encrypted secrets, webhook validation, anti-fraud limits, recording integrity hashes, and consent evidence. No system is risk-free; customers should review the deployment controls that apply to their workflow.
Your choices
Depending on your location and relationship to the customer account, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion. Workspace content requests may need to be routed through the organization that controls the workspace.
