Capture
Calls, missed calls, ownership, timestamps, consent evidence, recordings, transcripts, and diarization.
Sales Blackbox captures customer-facing calls, structures what happened, scores quality, detects buyer signals, and turns conversations into CRM updates, follow-up tasks, coaching queues, and revenue leakage reports.
Works with your stage, stack, and workflow. Connect SBB to the CRM, spreadsheets, phone habits, sales process, and internal tools you already use.
Objections, pricing context, buying momentum, weak follow-ups, and lost-deal reasons rarely make it into the CRM. Managers see activity, but not the evidence behind it.
The recorder is only layer one. The value is the operating system built on top of each conversation.
Calls, missed calls, ownership, timestamps, consent evidence, recordings, transcripts, and diarization.
Summaries, outcomes, objections, intent, next steps, QA scores, rep behavior, deal signals, and risk.
CRM updates, follow-up tasks, alerts, coaching queues, manager review, and revenue leakage signals.
The workflow changes by industry. The operating pattern stays consistent.

Managers see where inquiries stall, which sources convert, and where staff need coaching.

SBB enriches your CRM with summaries, outcomes, QA scores, objections, risks, next-step gaps, follow-up recommendations, and coaching notes.
Use your current system, work around spreadsheets and lightweight workflows, or build a focused CRM around the process your team actually follows.
In the right focused workflow, replacing unused seats, modules, or redundant tools can reduce annual CRM software costs by up to 50%. We validate the economics before making that recommendation.

We are opening 5 pilot slots for first deployments beginning September 2, 2026.
Call capture, transcripts, summaries, QA logic, CRM/workflow sync, manager dashboard, and leakage reporting.
Call/workflow access, CRM context, an internal owner, sample calls or live flow, and success criteria.
Map one workflow, owners, data access, and measurable success criteria.
Connect the live flow, calibrate QA and alerts, review evidence weekly.
Expand, customize, integrate deeper, or stop based on the results.
Your FDE connects SBB to telephony, CRM, storage, dashboards, authentication, reporting, and internal tools. They configure the system around your process, migrate data cleanly, and support adoption.
Security is part of deployment scope, not a badge added after the workflow is live.
Open the policy centerYour customer and call data remains your data. SBB processes it to provide the service and does not claim ownership of it.
We do not allow model providers to train general models on customer data. Customer-specific learning is enabled only when explicitly agreed.
Owners define who can see calls, transcripts, QA, coaching, and reports. Tenant isolation and role-based access are enforced server-side.
Recording and consent rules are aligned before rollout. Consent events retain the prompt version, timestamp, and result for each call.
Recording, transcript, and report retention is defined per deployment and can be extended with controlled or immutable storage where required.
Use standard S3-compatible storage or discuss a more controlled architecture for sensitive workflows.
Important actions, recording playback, ownership, and manager review changes are logged for accountability.
Export, deletion, and offboarding expectations are agreed before deployment so data lifecycle is explicit.
Apply for a pilot. We will map one workflow, define success criteria, deploy SBB inside your real operating environment, and show what your calls reveal.
